Bio
Dominic Vanchesteing has been active in the arts for many years, as a producer, songwriter and arranger. His career path has enabled him to work as a producer with such brilliant artists as Population II, Marie Davidson, Bernardino Femminielli and Peter Peter. In addition to his own compositions, he has also contributed to the writing of many songs by Jef Barbara, Julia Daigle, Bernardino Femminielli and many others. His signature is unmistakable in the distinctive colors and textures of the projects he takes part in. At the same time, he has also directed advertising and music videos, as well as numerous works in the field of digital art video.
Last fall, Dominic Vanchesteing and Les éditions Bonsound came up with the idea for Library Music Volume 1: Crystal Falls. The project was inspired by the library music compilations created in the 70s, notably those by KPM (KPM Music). These works not only served as a benchmark for film and TV music, but also left a lasting imprint on contemporary musical creation. Their impact is still felt today, proving that these works transcended their era to inspire new generations of artists. In this spirit, Dominic Vanchesteing has written and composed around thirty tracks. Their style is varied, ranging from synth folk to avant-garde pop to electronic sounds. They have a distinctive aesthetic, blending cinematic atmospheres with driving grooves.
