A contemporary jazz with diverse influences, prioritizing collective cohesion over individual virtuosity; this is what the Misc trio aims for. If the musicians first made their reputation in the jazz tradition (under the name Trio Jérôme Beaulieu), they have now freed themselves from it, flirting mainly with pop, rock and electronic music, in addition to using a wide range of effects and sampling.
